The vision
Connection we can understand.
Understand how people form shared understanding and coordinate without losing individual agency. Concord considers measurable social, sensory, and technologically mediated connections, alongside the philosophical question of whether a collective system could build a model of itself.

The first concrete step.
Define a narrow prediction and measure it in a consent-based coordination task. Compare ordinary communication, shared stimuli, and explicitly networked interfaces. A proposed additional connection must predict an effect that those known channels do not explain.
The LSM connection
Any proposed LSM-mediated link between people needs a mathematical coupling, an observable effect, and a discriminating experiment. LSM geometry alone establishes neither such a channel nor the claim that reality is a simulation.
Current evidence & open ground
A hidden universal human link, an underlying simulation, and a single shared consciousness are not established findings. Correlated behavior can arise from communication, common environments, and analysis choices. Those explanations must be tested before interpreting an unexplained result.
Questions that move the work forward

- Can a preregistered effect survive blinding, leakage controls, and independent replication?
- Can a voluntarily connected group improve coordination while each person retains choice and privacy?
The philosophical horizon
A simulation becoming self-aware or humanity becoming one mind can be explored as philosophical ideas. To turn an idea into an empirical research program, first identify a prediction that could differ from ordinary physical and social explanations. A shared information system is a concrete engineering target; it does not by itself demonstrate a shared consciousness.
